Predeceased by her parents Bill and Irene McCue, brother Bill McCue

Patient, kind and generous. Joe was her “MAN” and they
enjoyed many special trips together. An avid reader, homemaker,
writer, weaver, sewer, music and shopping lover, and the list goes on.
Enjoyed many fun adventures with her “Monday Night”
girls. “Pool side Peg” was her snowbird name, enjoying
many years in Florida. Mom started a second career later in life at
Preston High School, where she was loved by both the staff and
students. We will remember the fun we’ve had, the memories
we’ve made and the Love which will go on forever. A very
special thank you to the staff and volunteers at Innisfree House.
Your kindness and compassion with mom and our big family was
exceptional. Thank you to the staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital
for their care and support over the years and a special thank you to
Dr. Khan and Shauna and Julie. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95
Dundas St. Cambridge, where family and friends will be received for
memorial visitation on Sunday January 14, 2018 from 12 noon, until the
time of the funeral service to be conducted in the funeral home chapel
at 2p.m. A reception will follow at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 333
Speedsville Ave., Cambridge. As an expression of sympathy, donations
to Innisfree House would be greatly appreciated.
