Catherine Methven

Methven, Catherine (nee Buchan) … passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Thursday February 11, 2010 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of James. Cherished mother of Lynne Thomson (David) of Cambridge and Mary Mercer (Bill) of Brantford. Loving grandmother of David, Alicia, Crystal, Amanda, Ashley and Derick, and great grandmother of McKenzie and McKiah. Also survived by her brother James Buchan of Isle of Wight, England and her many nieces and nephews. Catherine was predeceased by two brothers Robert and Peter. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will be held at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St. Cambridge on Monday February 15, 2010 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday February 16 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses of Cambridge Memorial Hospital for all of their outstanding efforts.
