James "Jim" McAuley

McAuley, James “Jim” … Peacefully in the loving arms of his wife Margaret at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday February 28, 2010. Jim was born in Ballymena, North Ireland in 1927 and immigrated to Canada in 1953. Before retiring he worked at George S. Henry Academy in North York for almost 25 years. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by Margaret, his wife of 52 years. A service of thanksgiving will be held at Central Presbyterian Church, Queen’s Square, Cambridge, on Saturday March 6, 2010 at 12 noon, with Rev. Dr. Aubrey Botha Officiating. A private interment will take place at New Hope Cemetery, Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central Presbyterian Preservation Fund and would be greatly appreciated.
