FLETCHER, George William – passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday January 22, 2012 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Jean. Loving father of Debbie Smith (Marty) and Sandra Marsh. Cherished grandfather of Carolyn, John, Court and Cecelia. Predeceased by his parents Alec and Edith Fletcher; his son Wayne; and his brothers Alexander Jr. and Arthur. Visitation will be held at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St. N., Cambridge, on Thursday January 26, 2012 from 7 - 9 p.m. with a memorial service to take place in the chapel on Friday January 27, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment service at Glen Morris Cemetery at a later date. Special thanks to the 7th floor nursing staff and doctors at the Brantford General Hospital for your compassion and care.
