Passed away peacefully on January 27, 2012 at the age of 72. Born in beautiful Hainan Island, China. He moved to Laos/Thailand at the age of 21. He brought his family to Cambridge in 1980, sponsored by St. Ambrose Church, where he lived graciously for the past 32 years. His strength, integrity, genuine care and concern for others, and unconditional love for family and friends will live forever in our hearts.
He is survived by his wife Chanhdeng; children: Kham, Khampeng (Ming) and Khamla (Donald); and grandchildren: Arielle, Ethan and Lucas. Brother to Somphong and uncle to many nieces and nephews who he loved like his own children. Resting at Corbett Funeral home (95 Dundas St, Cambridge), where the family will receive friends on Friday February 3rd, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday February 4th at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
