ALMEIDA, Andy Leal - Passed away suddenly at his residence on Sunday February 5, 2012 at 26 years of age. Loving son of John Almeida and his step-mother Orlanda. Predeceased by his mother Ana Clara Leal in 2009. Loving brother of Amanda Leal Almeida and Alyssa Leal Almeida. Survived by his grandparents Francisco and Maria Leal, Rosa Brasil and John Arruda; his aunt Fatima Almeida (Scott Hurst), Victor Almeida (Maria), Odie Monaghan (Ian), Carla Almeida (Peter) and Rob Almeida (Natalie)and by step-aunts Odie Gonsalves (George) and Lucy Sousa (Carlos). Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street N., Cambridge, where family will receive friends on Sunday February 12, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held from the chapel of Corbett Funeral Home on Monday February 13, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Waterloo Region Branch, 67 King Street East Kitchener, Ontario N2G 2K4 would be appreciated by the family.
